Dear Perrins,

On the 2nd of May you sent us a copy of your official letter 543452/13 of the 27th of March to the Foreign Office about the seizure of prepared opium destined for the United States. The original letter contained copies of extracts

from the Provisional Minutes and Reports of the League of Nations Opium Advisory Committee, but

copies of these were not sent here. It was

understood that these would shortly be available in printed form, and consideration of the letter

was held up pending receipt of them. I shall be glad to know whether they are yet available. It

may be that the prints have been sent to us separately. If so, it would be a convenience if you could give me the necessary references.

May I also ask you for the return of the

original

M.D. PERRINS, ESQ.
